Accident Leads To Arm Amputation Near New Rochelle-Larchmont Border

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- New Rochelle police are on the scene of an accident in which a landscape worker had his arm amputated, according to police officials.

The accident occurred around 3:40 p.m. Monday at Barnard Road near the border of New Rochelle and Larchmont. Police, fire, and EMS are on the scene of the accident.
