Crash Briefly Blocks Lanes On I-95 In New Rochelle

A crash resulted in temporary lane closures on Interstate 95 in Westchester.

The crash, which happened on Friday morning, Oct. 20, briefly caused all southbound lanes of I-95 in New Rochelle between Exit 16 (North Avenue) and Exit 15 (Route 1) to be blocked, state police announced around 11 a.m.

All lanes had reopened by 1:15 p.m., according to police.

No details about the crash have yet been released.
