Suspect On Loose After Knifepoint Robbery At Massapequa Gas Station A suspect is at large after an overnight knifepoint robbery at a gas station on Long Island. It happened on Saturday, Aug. 10 at 1:40 a.m. in Massapequa, Nassau County Police say. According to detectives, a male subject entered the Conoco gas station located at 1000 Hicksville Road and displayed a knife to the 19-year-old male employee behind the cash register.  The suspect removed an unknown amount of cash from the register before fleeing eastbound on Jerusalem Avenue.
