Man Accused Of Making Graffiti, Including Swastika, On Long Island A Long Island man has been arrested for allegedly making graffiti that included such images as a swastika and other hate messages. Carol Vario, age 51, undomiciled, was arrested by Suffolk County Police on Wednesday, March 9, for the incident which took place on Friday, March 4 in Port Jefferson Station.
