Police: Nassau County Man Accused Of Inappropriately Touching Teenage Boy A Long Island man has been accused of inappropriately touching a teenage boy, police announced. The incident occurred on Wednesday, July 22 at around 3 a.m. in Lakeview, Nassau County Police said. According to police, the 16-year-old victim was inappropriately touched by Glenn Lambert, 59, of Lakeview. Lambert has been charged with: endangering the welfare of a child,  forcible touching, third-degree sexual abuse   He is due to be arraigned on Monday, Sept. 7 in Mineola.
