Reckless BMW Driver, 20, Crashes Into Police Cruiser In Lynbrook, Police Say A 20-year-old who was driving recklessly on Sunrise Highway crashed into a patrol cruiser as officers attempted to pull him over, police said. The incident happened around 1:45 P.M. Friday, Aug. 2 in Lynbrook. According to detectives, Bryant Veal, of Trenton, New Jersey, was observed by an officer driving recklessly in a 2015 BMW while traveling westbound on Sunrise Highway.  The officer activated the patrol car's emergency lights and attempted to stop the vehicle in order to conduct a vehicle and traffic law stop.  Veal then struck a marked Lynbrook Police vehicle near the inte…
