Suspect Nabbed After Stabbing In Parking Lot Of Long Island Taco Bell

A Long Island man was arrested after he allegedly stabbed another man in the parking lot of a Taco Bell.

The incident took place in Suffolk County around 7:20 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 1, at the Taco Bell in Farmingdale.

According to Suffolk County detectives, John Davis-Hernandez, age 20, of Bay Shore, confronted a 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman who knew him, at the Taco Bell, located at 1981 Broadhollow Road and stabbed the man in the parking lot.

The victim was transported to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said.

Officers responded to Davis-Hernandez’s home, where he surrendered and was charged with assault. 

He is being held at the First Precinct and is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday, Dec. 2 in Central Islip.
