Seen Him? Alert Issued For Man Wanted In Westchester
Have you seen him? New York State Police investigators out of Tarrytown have issued an alert for a wanted man who failed to appear in court to respond to an aggravated DWI charge more than a decade ago. Luis Avalos, 25, is wanted by New York State Police on a bench warrant following an incident on March 2, 2006. According to police, Avalos was driving on the New York State Thruway in Westchester when he was stopped for speeding.
