Driver Who Flees On Foot After Northern Westchester Crash On The Loose A suspect remains on the loose after fleeing the scene of a mid-day crash near the Taconic State Parkway in Westchester over the weekend. Investigators are attempting to track down a driver who struck a second car at approximately 1 p.m. on Saturday afternoon on Underhill Avenue near the on-ramp of the parkway and took off, prompting an investigation by local, state and county police. One driver involved in the crash was treated for minor injuries.
