The plan before the board would enable the Mount Vernon-based organization to save nearly $2.5 million by refinancing existing debt and paying for capital improvements to its assisted living facility, allowing the nonprofit to sustain its mission for the next generation of seniors.
The vote will take place at 8:30 a.m. Thursday at 148 Martine Ave., White Plains in the ninth-floor conference room.
