Man, 26, Faces Criminal Mischief Charge After Incident In Northern Westchester A 26-year-old man is facing criminal mischief charges after an incident in Northern Westchester, police say. Around 9:40 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 26, Yorktown Police responded to a domestic incident at a local residence. The investigation revealed that Robert Brook and a victim were involved in a verbal dispute.  During the argument, Brook allegedly damaged property in the residence before fleeing the scene before officers arrived, police said.  A short time later, police conducted a traffic stop and arrested Brook.
