Mount Pleasant Police Target Drag Racing After Injuries To Officers MOUNT PLEASANT, N.Y. -- The Mount Pleasant Police Department is putting drag racing on the top of the priority list after two officers were injured while investigating a race earlier this month, according to a report in LoHud.com.  The two officers tried to question a driver who was participating in the race, and when he took off during the questioning, the driver dragged them along, LoHud reported.  Both officers suffered head injuries that could been much worse, according to LoHud. Mahwah Begins Two-Phase Water Well Renovation MAHWAH, N.J. - By next spring, one of Mahwah's most productive water wells will undergo a nearly $100,000 refurbishment project. Wilton Fire Department Fills Officer Ranks With Promotions WILTON, Conn. - In a ceremony Thursday, the Wilton Fire Department promoted four officers through the ranks, in order to fill key positions in the department, the Wilton Bulletin reported.  Lt. Brian Elliott and Lt.
