Plaza Construction Manages Yonkers' Hudson Park Final Phase YONKERS, N.Y. – Plaza Construction will manage the final phase of the Hudson Park residential mixed-use development project in Yonkers. The Hudson Park North and South projects were completed in 2008 and 2004, respectively. The new 230,000-square-foot building is a residential rental property directly across the street from the Metro-North Yonkers station on the Hudson River. It will consist of about 213 studio, one- and two-bedroom rental units, a health club and an event space. Newburgh Police Begin Using Body Cameras NEWBURGH, N.Y. -- Newburgh police have begun using body cameras for all interactions with the public, according to a report in twcnews.com. The department has been testing body camera use for several months and went live Monday, twcnews.com reported. Bogota Councilwoman Kohles Resigns After Mayoral Loss BOGOTA — Two days after an unsuccessful mayoral challenge, Bogota Councilwoman Lisa Kohles resigned. "Certainly time to move on," Kohles wrote on her Facebook page. "I have a lot to look forward to, especially my new granddaughter. Brewster Middle School Students Learn To Create Their Own Music BREWSTER, N.Y. -- Students at Henry Wells Middle School in Brewster are creating their own music thanks to a series of creative Mixcraft projects.
