Man Struck, Killed By Train In Bethesda Was Suicide: Wmata A pedestrian died by suicide in a train strike Sunday evening, April 14 in Bethesda, WMATA officials said. The unidentified man walked beyond the end gate a the North Bethesda station and intentionally placed himself in the path of the train at approximately 8 p.m., a spokesperson for the agency said. 3 Dead In Aberdeen Apartment Fire Three people perished in an early-morning Aberdeen fire Monday, April 15, officials confirmed. Crews responded to the scene on the unit block of Roosevelt Avenue around 5:30 a.m., where smoke was billowing from the second floor of an apartment, firefighters said. Crews found three victims, who were all pronounced dead on the scene.  The Office of the Maryland State Fire Marshal and Aberdeen Police are remaining on scene for investigative purposes. Please avoid the area, it is still a very active crime scene and heavy police presence in the area.

Francis was shot at a home on Melville Place at approximately 2:30 a.m. Sunday, April 14, Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II and Irvington Public Safety Director Tracy Bowers said.
