Hartline & Friends Plays Benefit Concert At Redding's Christ Church
REDDING, Conn. -- Doug Hartline & Friends will be playing a special benefit concert at Christ Church in Redding on Sunday, Jan. 31.
Hartline will join forces with keyboardist Nick Bariluk, bassist George Skidd, drummer Bob Leonard, saxophonist/flutist Gary Blu and vocalist Ginny Hartline for a program that will include distinctive renditions of uniquely arranged church hymns, original and popular music played in jazz, folk, and country styles.

American Boychoir To Perform At Westport Church
WESTPORT, Conn. -- The American Boychoir, which has performed around the world ranging from the New York and Berlin Philharmonic orchestras to accompanying rock star Beyonce, will sing at Christ & Holy Trinity Church in Wesport on Jan. 30.
The choir, based in Princeton, N.J., was founded in 1937,and sings in more than 100 concerts a year. The group’s Westport performance is will feature works by Felix Mendelssohn, Samuel Barber, Javier Busto, Ola Gjeilo and David Willcocks, among others.

Take Ice Skating Classes For Adults In Bedford
BEDFORD, N.Y. -- Hickory Hill Figure Skating Club is offering adult skating sessions on Sunday mornings.
Ice skating provides cardio training, core strength, muscle toning, joint flexibility, balance improvement, low impact, and stress relief, all while burning 300-650 calories per hour.
An introductory series of five classes will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 31 at the Harvey School rink. Classes will be a half hour with a coach, followed by a half hour of skating.
Lessons will be held on Sunday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Harvey School’s Evarts Rink.
