Putnam County Shows Camp Herrlich Love With New Lease, New Growth Potential PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. –  Putnam County Executive MaryEllen Odell recently announced that the Legislature passed a resolution to amend the County’s lease with Camp Herrlich.
