Roadwork To Slow Traffic At Greenburgh's Lee Jackson School A sidewalk construction project meant to improve students' commutes will impact traffic around a Westchester elementary school for months, officials said. The project, which is set to begin the week of Monday, May 6, will construct a sidewalk along Fair Street and Juniper Hill Road leading to the Lee Jackson School in Greenburgh, Town Supervisor Paul Feiner said.
