Richard “Ricky” John Tanagretta died on Tuesday, Sept. 24, surrounded by his family, said his obituary. Tanagretta worked as an FDNY firefighter for 26 years. Woman Rescued After Falling Into Hole Used To Hold Tank In Westchester A Northern Westchester woman who fell into a hole in the ground was rescued by first responders after a health aide discovered she was missing. The incident took place around 9:25 a.m. Wednesday on Ketchum Avenue in Buchanan when the woman went outside to check the 5-foot hole that used to hold an old tank in her yard, said Buchanan Police Chief Brian Tubbs. First responders were dispatched at approximately 11 a.m. to I-684, at the Saw Mill River Parkway juncture near exit 43 in Katonah, where there was a multi-vehicle crash that left one car in flames near the guardrail of the southbound lanes.
