Driver Busted For DWI With BAC Double Legal Limit In Scarsdale, Police Say A Westchester man was busted driving with a blood alcohol content double the legal limit during an early morning traffic stop in Scarsdale, police said. An officer from the Scarsdale Police Department on patrol at approximately 7 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1 spotted a Nissan Sentra swerving on Post Road, repeatedly hitting the curb, prompting a traffic stop.
