Tarrytown Celebrates Halloween With Annual Parade TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- One of Westchester's most spookiest villages celebrated Halloween in style Saturday. Thousands came out for Tarrytown's annual parade which featured more than 25 floats, stilt walkers, a magician, dancers and marching bands participating. The famed Headless Horseman even made an appearance. "The parade grows larger every year,"  said Joe Arduino, Tarrytown Recreation Department Administrator. “Participants come from the Bronx, Queens and New Jersey. It is a lot of fun." In February, the rapper was rushed to the hospital after first responders were alerted of a man who had collapsed, wasn’t breathing and was unresponsive in the parking lot of the Ramada Inn in Yonkers.
