CORTLANDT MANOR, N.Y. – Election day is Tuesday, and Cortlandt voters will cast their votes for Westchester County Legislator, District 9 and District 1. Candidates for Westchester County Legislator District 9 are Catherine Borgia, who is running as a Democrat, Independence and Working Families candidate, and Susan Konig. Borgia is the current Ossining Town Supervisor, Konig is a former Village of Croton trustee, who is running as a Conservative and Republican.
