Missing Buchanan Man Located With Public's Help

CORTLANDT, N.Y. – A missing Buchanan man was located at a local hospital thanks to the public’s assistance, according to the New York State Police.

Vincent Troncone, 51, went missing on Wednesday at around 1 p.m. around Madeline Avenue and Sixth Street in Verplanck.The state police were told of Troncone’s disappearance at around 10 a.m. on Thursday and began an investigation.

A tip provided to New York State Police on Facebook led to Troncone’s location at the hospital.
