MONTROSE, N.Y. An early morning burglary in Montroses Springvale Apartments on Wednesday provoked a helicopter search and investigation by New York State Police. Police said they were unable to disclose most details until early afternoon, but that there was a burglary in the Springvale Apartments in Montrose at approximately 6:45 a.m.
