Man Gets 15-Year Sentence For Sex Offenses A 46-year-old man is heading to prison after pleading guilty to sexually abusing two teenagers. Jacob Hogencamp Jr., a resident of the Town of Wallkill, was sentenced at the Orange County Courthouse to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty late last year to a felony count of first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child. He was also sentenced to 10 years of supervised release. Hogencamp admitted to abusing a girl under the age of 13 and attempting to sexually abuse a teenage boy.
