Rockland Sheriff's Deputies Arrest Two Men On DWI Charges

CLARKSTOWN, N.Y. -- A Nyack man is facing charges of driving while intoxicated, according to Rockland County Sheriff Louis Falco.

The Rockland County Sheriff's Office charged Luis Esquivel-Cabrejo and Benjamin Norman with driving while intoxicated.

The sheriff said that Luis Esquivel-Cabrejo, 26, was arrested after a sheriff’s deputy spotted him driving erratically on Route 59 in Nanuet early Saturday morning.

Esquivel-Cabrejo was processed at the sheriff’s headquarters in New City and released.

He is to appear in Clarkstown Justice Court on an unspecified date.

The sheriff also said that deputies arrested Benjamin Norman, 35, of Peekskill, on Route 304 in Clarkstown early Saturday and charged him with driving while intoxicated.

He is to appear in Clarkstown Town Court on an unspecified date.
