Police Issue 73 Tickets In I-684 'Speed Week' Detail “Speed Week” got off to a rousing start this week, as state police troopers doled out scores of tickets during a special speed enforcement detail on I-684 in Westchester. State police issued 57 speeding tickets, five tickets to motorists not wearing seatbelts and 11 other summons for violations of vehicle and traffic law on Thursday.
