Missing 30-Year-Old Man Found Dead In Capital Region Park Authorities are investigating after a missing 30-year-old man was found dead in a Capital Region park. The man’s body was discovered in Saratoga County at around 2 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 31, in Congress Park in Saratoga Springs, according to police. Two hours earlier, Saratoga Springs Police had been contacted by the Colonie Police Department requesting help locating a missing person believed to be in downtown Saratoga Springs.
