Burglars Hit Historic Building, City Hall Offices In Troy Over Easter Weekend Police are investigating after burglars broke into a historic building in the region and rummaged through municipal offices over the Easter weekend. The break-in occurred sometime between Friday, April 7 and Monday, April 10 at Troy’s Hedley Building, located on River Street, according to Troy Police. The 106-year-old building also houses Troy City Hall. 16-Year-Old Shot In Troy, Police Asking For Tips A 16-year-old boy is hospitalized with serious injuries after being shot in the Capital District. Police in Troy were called at around 10:20 p.m. Monday, Aug. 15, with reports of a disturbance outside of the Corliss Park Apartments, located on Northern Drive. When officers arrived, they found the 16-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso. Police and fire crews treated the boy at the scene before he was taken to the hospital, where he was listed in critical but stable condition, police said.
