Ruth's Chris Steak House Coming To Capital Region, Report Says

Local residents will soon have a new option for fine dining, with Ruth’s Chris Steak House set to open a new location in the Capital Region, according to the Albany Business Review.

The restaurant chain is set to take over the former Romano’s Macaroni Grill on Metro Park Road in Colonie, the outlet reports.

It’s unclear when the new restaurant will open its doors to customers.

Ruth’s Chris specializes in serving USDA Prime steaks that are “seared to perfection, finished with butter and freshly chopped parsley, and served sizzling on a 500-degree plate,” according to their Yelp page.

Their first location opened in New Orleans in 1965.
