Man Nabbed For Stealing Tires, Rims From Tappan Gas Station ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- The owner of a Tappan service station watched as a New Jersey man stole numerous rims and tires from his business as he called the police, Orangetown Police said. James Glover, 56, of Paterson, N.J., was nabbed around 7:30 p.m. Friday, after the owner of the station on Route 303 called the police to report the crime, police said. Police were able to locate  Glover on  Route 303, with all of the stolen property still in his vehicle, police said. He was charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen goods. He is being held at the Rockland County Jail.
