Some parts of Westchester saw close to 10 inches of snowfall. Bronxville had 9.5 inches at 9 a.m., according to a National Weather Service spotter. Northwest Westchester saw the least, with 2.4 inches having fallen in Peekskill at 6:30 a.m. White Plains reported 5.3 inches of accumulation at 9 a.m.
Blowing snow will be an issue on Wednesday as well with partly sunny skies and a high temperature around 27 degrees. Wind-chill values will make it feel closer to zero.
Light snow could move through the area on Thursday evening. Less than an inch accumulation is expected.
Friday will have scattered flurries in the morning before clearing with a high temperature around 33.
