Snow Could Result In Hazardous Morning Driving Conditions In Armonk

Light snow late Thursday night into Friday morning will likely result in slick roads and hazardous travel conditions for the Friday morning commute, the National Weather Service said in a Hazardous Weather Outlook statement issued Thursday morning.

Light snow will begin mainly after midnight with the overnight low around 25. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible overnight.

Snow is expected to continue through noon Friday with another inch of accumulation possible.

Friday's high temperature will be in the mid 30s with wind-chill values between 20 and 25.

Skies will become partly cloudy during the days. Friday's overnight low will be around 26 with wind-chill values between 20 and 25 with winds gusts as high as 25 miles per hour.

Saturday will be a mostly sunny day with a high around 40.
