Three From Northern Westchester Charged With DWI By State Police Over July 4th Holiday More than two dozen motorists were taken off the road by New York State Police troopers for alleged impaired driving in the Hudson Valley over the holiday weekend. Between Thursday, July 4 and Monday, July 8, troopers arrested 28 motorists for DWIs as part of a holiday enforcement detail. Local residents charged include: Westchester County On Saturday, July 6, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Elvis A. Alvarado Siguenza, 24, of Ossining, for DWI.
