Complaints Lead To Arrests Of Two Women For Prostitution In Greenwich Two women were arrested for prostitution by Greenwich Police following complaints of an unlicensed massage parlor offering more than massages. Man Wanted For Promoting Prostitution In Hudson Valley Have you seen him? Police are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to track down a wanted man who was charged with promoting prostitution and failed to appear in court to answer the charges. An alert was issued on Friday by the Ramapo Police Department regarding Hervin Leal-Martinez, who was among six people arrested as part of a bust in Spring Valley in June. Leal-Martinez, 27, is wanted on charges that include promoting prostitution and criminal nuisance stemming back to the multi-agency investigation over the summer. Man Nabbed For Prostitution, Drug Charges In Putnam Putnam County Sheriff's deputies nabbed a man for prostitution and drug charges following a traffic stop where he had two young women in the car. Leonardo Martinez, 42, of Elmhurst, was busted following a stop on Friday, Feb. 16,  when members of the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department Narcotics Enforcement Unit (NEU) conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle on Bucks Hollow Road in the Mahopac area of the Town of Carmel.  During the stop, deputies determined that Martinez, who was accompanied by two females, 23 and 28, both of Queens, was operating the vehicle without a valid drivers license. …
