Duo Nabbed After Stealing From Mall In Northern Westchester, Fleeing: Police
A man and woman both face charges after stealing merchandise from a shopping mall in Northern Westchester and fleeing, police said. The arrests resulted from an incident on Monday, Oct. 23 just after 5:30 p.m., when Yorktown Police responded to Dick's Sporting Goods at the Jefferson Valley Mall at 650 Lee Blvd. for a reported larceny. According to the department, police soon learned that the suspects drove off in a gray Audi sedan. Woman Indicted For Burglarizing Homes In Three Counties While Families Were At Funeral Services
A 27-year-old woman is facing a host of charges after being arraigned on a 22-count indictment by a grand jury following a rash of home burglaries of families who were attending funeral services. Bronx resident Latonia Shelecia Stewart has been charged for her role in a series of residential burglaries of homes in Westchester, Fairfield and Putnam counties between the fall of 2017 and spring 2018. Man Who Used GPS For 11 Burglaries Committed In Westchester Sentenced
A 52-year-old man has been sentenced to 18 years to life in state prison for burglarizing homes in and around Westchester counties, including Harrison, Irvington, Rye Brook, Tarrytown, Bedford, New Castle and Mamaroneck, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A.
