Denis Murphy was driving a 2010 Toyota Corolla when he “failed to negotiate the exit ramp” at the intersection of Route 21 North and Route 3, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. The quick-moving storm system could now bring up to 5 inches of snowfall to most of the area. Snowfall rates of around one inch per hour are possible Monday morning.
