ID Released Of Man Fatally Struck By Vehicle At Westchester Intersection Authorities are investigating a crash at a Westchester intersection that left a man dead. The incident happened on Tuesday, Dec. 26 just before 2 p.m., when a 79-year-old man was struck by a vehicle in Tarrytown at the intersection of Route 9 and Route 119, according to Tarrytown Police. The man, identified as Patrick Kennedy of Tarrytown, was later pronounced dead.  The driver of the vehicle involved in the crash stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation into the incident, which is still ongoing, police said.
