Two From Westchester Charged With Distributing Meth, GBL
Two men from Westchester, including a former NYPD officer, are among five facing charges for allegedly distributing meth and GBL, the U.S. Attorney announced.
Bronxville resident John Cicero, a former police officer, and Irma Materasso, of New Rochelle, were among those charged in federal court in White Plains for drug distribution offenses in and around Westchester and New York City.
Others charged are New York City resident Marco Caso, Somerset, New Jersey resident Eric Baker and Bronx resident Matthew Matteo.

Man Sentenced For Killing, Burning, Pet Dog In Westchester
A fugitive has been sentenced for his role in killing a pet dog in Westchester earlier this year.
Ian De Los Reyes, 34, who has no known address, but is a fugitive from North Carolina and Utah, has been sentenced to eight months at the Westchester County penitentiary after pleading guilty to aggravated cruelty to animals and tampering with physical evidence, both felonies, in connection to the incident in Greenburgh.
Another man, Greenburgh resident Danilo Tolentino, 59, has charges pending against him for his role in the murder of the dog.

Drug Dealer, 27, Busted During Search Of His Greenwich Home
A local drug dealer was arrested during a warrant search of his Glenville home on Monday, according to the Greenwich Police.
Sami Issa Suleiman, 27, of Riverdale Avenue, was charged with operating a drug factory and numerous counts of possession of narcotics, and possession with intent to sell, police said.
During the warrant search, police seized methamphetamine; psilocybin mushrooms; GHB, also known as a “liquid ecstasy;” and several forms of marijuana, police said.
Officers also uncovered a digital scale and packaging items, leading to the dealing charge.
