Westchester Woman Caught Shoplifting At ShopRite, Police Say A Westchester woman was arrested for allegedly shoplifting at the ShopRite store in Connecticut. Tracy Larmonie, 24, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on Wednesday for larceny, interfering with an officer, and possession of narcotics, said Milford Police Officer Joseph Dempsey. Larmonie was arrested after police responded to the ShopRite store at 935 Boston Post Road (Route 1) on a report of a shoplifter in custody, said Dempsey. Man Charged After Breaking Woman's Phone During Argument In Greenwich, Police Say Police intervention was required to break up a domestic dispute in Greenwich, when a man allegedly broke a woman’s phone during an argument. Members of the Greenwich Police Department were dispatched to an Old Track Road home shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15, where there was a complaint of a verbal argument between a man and woman in the area.
