A man faces charges after allegedly stealing political campaign signs from a residence in the region, authorities announced. Putnam County resident Lucas Gonze, age 59, of of Cold Spring, was arrested on Thursday, Oct. 17 following an incident in Philipstown, the Putnam County Sheriff's Office announced on Monday, Oct. 21. A 33-year-old man faces charges after pulling a knife on a victim in front of a child at a Northern Westchester home, police announced.
