Crash Causes Tractor-Trailer To Fall From I-95 Onto Route 1 In Milford Two drivers were hospitalized after a three-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer on I-95 in Connecticut. The New Haven County crash happened in Milford at about 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 13, according to Connecticut State Police.
