Westchester Agent Puts Clients at Ease

Sula Pearlman, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Rye, believes that clients need to feel comfortable with their brokers. And with 36 years in the business, Sula has all the tools she needs to make her clients feel more than comfortable. "I love what I do," she says. "Or I wouldn't still be doing it."

Sula previously taught kindergarten in Rye but became an agent after a conversation with a friend who had just earned her license. "She was telling me what she did, and it sounded so interesting," Sula says. Even though she wasn't looking for a job, Sula decided to get her license. She hasn't looked back.

Over the years, Sula has picked up an impressive number of awards. She is a member of Coldwell Banker's International President's Circle as well as of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. A lifelong Westchester County resident, she is on the board of the Rye Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved in local charities. She even finds the time to play tennis.

Sula is a perfectionist, especially when it comes to her listings. "I love things to look good," she says. Every property she markets has a scaled floor plan of each story so prospective buyers can get a feel for the way a house flows. If they want to see more, there's an interactive video tour in which every room is photographed from different angles.

Sula is a big fan of new technologies that have made working and finding time for her family much easier. Armed with her iPad and Blackberry, Sula can travel with her husband or spend time with her "lovely children and three delicious grandchildren" while staying close to her work. Her clients can be comfortable that they'll always reach her. And that's the way Sula likes it.
