Water pressure has been restored in most places but Village Administrator Patty Dwyer said the intersection of Marble and Castleton Street has been badly undermined. Marble Avenue is open up to Sunnyside Avenue, Dwyer said.

The village is asking people to avoid the area as crews will be working throughout the day.
