Westchester Native Caitlyn Jenner Won't Face Charges For Fatal Car Crash

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- California prosecutors will not pursue charges against Mount Kisco native and former Dobbs Ferry High School student Caitlyn Jenner, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Jenner was at risk of being charged with manslaughter after starting an accident that ultimately killed 69-year-old Kim Howe. Prosecutors, however, said there wasn't enough evidence beyond a reasonable doubt to try Jenner, Entertainment Weekly said.

Howe's family has filed a wrongful death civil suit against Jenner, Entertainment Weekly reported.
