ARMONK, N.Y. - The North Castle Recreation Department has canceled all of its programs for Saturday due to impending snow. In addition, if any non-town program or group reserved a space at the Hergenhan Rec Center or the North Castle Community Center in North White Plains, the event has been canceled.
