ARMONK, N.Y.- The North Castle Police Department responded to an incident Sept. 3 in which a builder said he had several extension cords taken from his site and two had been cut.
The one that was cut had been providing the location with power during the power outage last week.
The man, Amnon Gitelson, explained to Police Officer Horesky that someone had taken a 100-foot extension cord, cut two others and he wished to make the incident a matter of record.
