VALHALLA, N.Y. On Friday Sept. 9 at 8:30am the Valhalla Middle/High School will be holding a 9/11 memorial service on the track.
A moment of silence will be conducted at 9:02, the same time the second plane struck the World Trade Center. Then the national anthem will be sung followed by words of support from Valhalla High School President James Fulgenzi and Valhalla Middle School President Francesca Guzzo.
Later in the ceremony Taps will be played by Aidan Dore and the God Bless America will be sung by combined Middle School/High School vocal ensembles.
