60-Year-Old Hudson Valley Man Found Safe

The New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert issued for a 60-year-old Wappingers Falls man has been canceled after he was found safe on Nov. 23.

A New York State Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued related to the disappearance of a 60-year-old missing Hudson Valley man.

An alert has been issued relating to the disappearance of Jan Johansen of Wappingers Falls.

He was last seen on Castle Point Road in Wappinger Falls at 2:30 p.m on Tuesday, Nov. 21 wearing grey sweatpants and white sneakers.

He is described as being white, 5-foot-7, 190 pounds, with balding brown/gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on Johansen's whereabouts should call 911.
