The North Castle Public Library is hosting a wide variety of teen programs this month including game club, reading club, digital film club, game designer club and a cooking class featuring author Norma Chang.
The highlight of the month's programs is the Game Designer Club, a new program available for kids ages 10 and up. The club is set to meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday and will focus on activities and programs that will allow kids to create their own games.
Later this week, teens will be able to attend homework club at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, the game club at 3 p.m. Friday and members of the reading club will be able to receive ice cream and prizes.
Norma Chang, who has written two cookbooks, will also host a Chinese cooking class at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 25. Teens will be able to make their own chicken stir fry. The class is open to kids ages 10 and up.
