Dad Killed On Route 280 Shoulder Was Fixing Tire On Way Home From Wedding: Family The family of a 56-year-old Morris County man says he was changing a tire on the way home from a wedding when he was struck and killed by a vehicle on the shoulder of Route 280 last month. Driver Jailed In Fatal New Year's Crash On I-280 Shoulder A New Jersey driver was arrested in a fatal crash on Route 280 New Year's Eve, authorities said.
